Dust Filter Bags

 Emirates Industrial Filters has the technology to provide filtration solutions for everything from the smallest dust collection requirements to gas turbine filtration and silo air dust extraction.

We offer a complete line of replacement and custom designed dust collector bags to fit most manufactures' filter bag housings.

Our filter bags are carefully fabricated and sized to ensure ease of installation and change-out. These Filter bags are designed to be mounted and casketed firmly into place with a snap band, corded cuff, or clamp to ensure a dust tight seal. Various coatings and finishes can be applied to either side of the dust collector bag to enhance cleaning and efficiencies, as well as prolonging service life. Ground wire, anti-collapse rings and other options can be easily incorporated into bag construction.

We can custom fabricate various types of attachments to work with your specific shaker mechanism, whether it's a loop, eyelet, grommet or other device.

Besides the common filter bags, We are capable of producing custom filter bags and envelope style bags. Since there are so many different and unique filter bags. We can also engineer & recommend custom materials from our textile mill that will improve your bag house performance and improve problem applications.

An efficient filter bag requires:

  1. Precise comprehension of the industrial process for which the filter bag is required.

  2. Appropriate technical selection of filtration media.

  3. Accurate dimensional measurements for best fitting.

  4. Awareness of the Optimum Operational Conditions that optimize efficiency and service life.

  5. Awareness of the Extreme Operational Conditions at which failure is anticipated.

  6. Routine inspection.

  7. Replacement at end of service life.
