Our liquid filter bags are carefully fabricated and sized to ensure ease of installation and change-out.  Liquid filter bags are available from 1 to 1500 microns to suit your application. Standard felt bag materials include polypropylene, polyester, nylon, nomex, or absolute rated polypropylene micro-fiber material.  Mesh bags are constructed of nylon monofilament, polypropylene monofilament, or polyester multi-filament material. For high purity applications we offer FDA compliant PolyMicro® BOS series bags which have seamless construction, graded density media, and the patented Polyloc® ring which provides a hermetic seal between bag and housing.  In addition to edible oils and other food and pharmaceutical applications, liquid filter bags are also ideal for use in semiconductor and cosmetics manufacturing.

 

Filter inserts, made from monofilament textile, are used by preference when filter bags do not offer enough open filter area and the use of bag filters seems to be unprofitable. These inserts feature eyelets, so they can be fixed easily to a frame. Size G3:    51 cm x 57 cm (Standard) Size GS:    Special size conform to your request
Filter-inserts for DB-grating boxes or similar boxes will be used when waste water shall be prepared optically and a filter bed is not economic. In most cases, these inserts are made from polyester-needle felt. Size G4 (Standard): 80 cm width x 120 cm length x 90 cm high Size GS: The inserts can also be offered with a special design conform to your request.
These ring filter bags are used in the closed filter systems and feature a plastic collar. Situated into the housing, the flexible plastic collar adapts to the housing providing a reliable, chemical resistant seal. Furthermore, the needlefelt bags offer an all welded construction which ensures that nothing bypasses the process media through holes in sewn fabric. These bags are made from silicone-free materials featuring elevated bag handles for an easy exchange . Rings filter bags are used in closed filter systems and are available in different monofilaments and needle felts. The galvanized top ring sewn into the collar features easy installation and secure fitting in the filter housing. For a easy removal of the ring filter bags, all bags size R1/R2 have two integrated ribbons.
